It’s a shared understanding. Continued use of our website following a change in terms constitutes your acceptance of those alterations.

To enhance your shopping experience – enabling order tracking, expedited order processing, and special discounts – you might chose to create am account. While we strive for the utmost accurate presentation – photographing our pieces in natural light conditions whenever possible and provide detailed specifications – colors may, on oclusion vary, due color constransits during online representation, slight variation may occur! Product descriptions and materials listed are indicative. Our crafting proces is completely and fully handmade, expect minor variations reflecting its hand crafted nature. We reserves the right ton adjust listed prices and revise/update listed product specs if there is any unforeseen circmstances happened!

4. Ordering & payments 🧾

When placed your ordering , you are legally obliged to fully complate your order and paying ammounts with listed payments methods. All prices are shown clearly on the website and include the price ex VAT; where applicable taxes/import duties become your obligation while checking out. Acceptance of our order are by email comfirmtion that we send ot your registered email address as our confirmation of our agreement. We reserves our rights to reject orders we feel aren’t reasonable based on reasons like, unavailability of a material, or technical error in listed pricing.

5. Handcrafted to order – allow for variations 🧵

At Artisan Curtian , we pride to deliver amasterpieces created with handcrafted precision. Each order receive bespoke treatment through a team of our artisans’ handcrafting . This mean that our pieces aren’t factory-manufactured; instead are produced uniquely for for each order that are sent; thus resulting in very minor variation of shape, style, color with a listed photo of a listing,. We embraces that natural imperfection as character adding uniqueness for each delivery we’re sending.

6. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

We diligently pack everything up for your doorsteps after order confirmation.Shipping timeframe is estimasted, and varies, and the estimated dates are listed for each delivery. While we take precautions packing your curains safely, our partner’s handling practices are outside of our purview. Shipping costs are stated at checkout, are non-refundable and are calculated with your delivery destination and items weights.. Should you have specfic shipping instructions/deliver instructions let us know! While we handle everything up to the moment our courier picked up, there is no assurance of exact and punctual delivery, and unforeseen circumstances could have impacts!

7. Our no-hassle “Love-it” return policy & exchanges 🔄

As a customer , we are willing to ensure your total happiness regarding to Artisan Curtains purchases: Should you’e not completly statisfied with the order that your got,. you have 14 calendar days (From recieved deliverd date)to reach out with request of an issue. Please keep all products and its original packaging in a new unused condition (to facilitate the review). Note that custom crafted, customized or personalize orders are non-refundable or exchangeable . Returns/Exchange requests may involve refund or item exchange – it’s subjected our approval. Return shipping coasts will becovered buyer .

8. Damages during shipping / loss of goods 😟

Damages, theft, losses during transition/shipping are beyond under Artisan curtain resposability once transfered its resposabiliy into shipping curtier/shipping company! You must file immediate claim by shipping currier (must within days of being delivered) as well notifying us(within the 24hours) with picture of damages for us. we’ll fully cooperate during reviewing these issues; if needed, assisting to pursue insurance claim on your behalf if there is any damages.

9. Intellectual property & website content ✍️

All contents (include images, logos, writings, videos…)are fullyprotected by Artisancuratin’s intellectual priortey, and are fully copyrighted . This is only for purposes using throught websites / ordering, and cannot repoduce, redestribute, re-design . unless explicitly allowed by us in a form of writign.

You are using throught websites for lawful purpose . Any submission towards websites must comply with accepted standard , avoiding any harassment / violation / harmful content, and will be responsible for what are published.
